  • There is a high level of accountability by participants to take action and report weekly implementation of learned skills
  • We use "Learner-centered" and "Spaced repetition" learning styles to ensure maximized development by all participants
  • Participants complete their Personal Action Plan to take "ownership" over the outcome
  • There is complete monitoring of implementation for a higher success rate
  • Excellent time-management skills are performed and monitored by the participants on a daily basis

Integrated Development Process

  • A participant survey is designed with management to customize the program and identify specific requirements of individuals and each group
  • Create WIN/WIN agreement for specific measurement criteria and specific goals to be agreed upon with management team
  • Participants will complete a PROFILE Job Match and/or Performance Indicator - a web-based questionnaire that will provide them with an Individual Report and the Manager with a Coaching Report
  • Prior to the Group Session, participants receive a Welcome Letter, WIN/WIN Agreement, and Pre-seminar materials
  • During the sessions there are feedback forms and various monitoring forms to ensure that they are implementing their learning
  • At the end of the sessions participants will be asked to complete a self- evaluation and a written report and debrief session will be held with management for each training topic
